Favorite Ingredients Friday

Easy Cheesy Egg Bake
(My MIL made this for us when we were visiting and it was so good I had to get the recipe!)

1. 6-8 eggs
2. 3 Tbsp heavy cream
3. 1/2 C pepperoni or ham, diced
4. Shredded cheddar and/or monterey jack cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray small square baking dish w/cooking spray.
2. Beat eggs with heavy cream.
3. Sprinkle bottom of baking dish with cheese. Top with pepperoni or ham. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Pour eggs over top.
5. Bake for about 30 minute until eggs are set, but not browned.

Ummm...this sounds delicious! I'll have to try it.

Oh hey, I tried your omelets in a bag trick and it worked great! :) It was so much less mess than making them in a pan. Thanks for sharing that! :)

I'm glad you liked my chocolate chip banana bread recipe. I like to use mini-muffin pans to make bite sized portions for Snuggle Bug. He loves it.

Thanks for participating in my Favorite Ingredient Friday recipe exchange! I do appreciate it.

We love these quiche type dishes. This sounds really good, especially with the pepperoni. I'd never have thought of this. Thanks for adding to my foot tall pile of "must try" recipes. :-)
