Today's typical day in a typical weekend meant catching a couple of catfish:
Waiting patiently for a bite
Reeling in her catch
Kayla's catfish
Lucas' catfish
His second catch of the day
Enjoying some of SC's history and beautiful scenery

I love this. That although Kayla has Down Syndrome, she is more than that. Down Syndrome in no way defines your (or her) life. It is just a part of her, like her beautiful smile.
