My first grader!
And yes, that would be a freshly spilled orange juice stain on her shirt ... sigh ...
School started on Monday. Her teacher told me she was a little timid upon first entering the room, but within a few minutes had found her seat and was meeting her neighbors. She also said she did really well walking in the halls and following directions.
I hope she has a wonderful year and learns so many new things, and makes so many new friends :)

Typical first grader!! always excited on the first day of school!! I hope she has a wonderful, 1st grade year with good expectations!!
