Delurk!

I guess it's National Delurking Week, or Day, or something like that!

So if you've been reading for 1 day, or 1 year, just take a minute to leave a comment and say 'hi.' It's always nice to 'meet' new people...and say hi to old friends as well :)

Hi Michelle, my name is Melina and I'm writing from Montreal (though I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina)
I've been reading your blog for at least 2 years, so I guess it was about time that I came out of the shadows, no? Anyways, I find your blog very inspiring and wish you all the best for this new year that is just beginning!

Hi from the England. Can't remember if I've commented or not before. I added you to my Google Reader a while back (sorry can't remember how I first came across your blog) and love reading your updates.

You have a lovely family and writing style. I am also interested in the development of children with Downs Syndrome, because I work with/support a man in his mid 40s (and know many others through work) with Downs. The man I support rents a house with his friend.

I've also really enjoyed watching "The specials" www.the-specials.com/home.

I'm not a Mum yet, but look forward (in a nervous and excited way) to the day I am!

I love love love reading your blog. I have been lurking here since may 2009 (one month after our 4th baby) Adam was born) Your blog has given me much hope, and helped me to see they joys of having a Child with Down syndrome, even in those early months when everything felt so overwhelming and dark.

Thank you
Tricia
