Special Exposure Wednesday

5 Minutes for Special Needs

Having fun in your own backyard (or front too!) Can you tell what Kayla is holding? (I love how this picture turned out; something about her eyes in this one - it's now one of my favorites of Kayla. You can click to enlarge.)

An itty-bitty, teeny-tiny, frog! There are tons of these frogs all over the front, side, and back yard. We collected 12 in a bucket the other day and had fun watching them try to jump/climb out. No frogs were hurt in the collection and observation - it was only for a short time and then Kayla let them all go :)

I know I'm biased, but I love this face - adorable!

A nice moment between siblings

"Let's go this way." "No, this way!"

Those are great pictures. I can't believe how little that frog is!

I agree. There is just something about her eyes in that first picture of her holding the little frog.

Great pictures of both the kids!

Wow your children are beautiful and they are the most beautiful blue eyes I've ever seen. No doubt to match her beautiful soul. My favorite pics are the ones of them walking away, holding hands. I've got a shot like that of my daughter and her two little brothers (who have DS). My daughter would give anything to have baby frogs like that around our house. We have baby snakes... she likes those too!

I agree with you about that picture of Kayla - she's got the most beautiful eyes. And the frogs are cute! What fun we'd have with those around here. The most exciting thing in our yard is all the roly polies. :-)

My word, I can't get over how big he's getting. They're both as cute as can be - you couldn't take a bad picture of them if you tried.

It's a good thing there's so much age between those two, they could pass for twins.
