Time Travel Tuesday

This week Annie has us traveling back to when we met our spouse's. Joe and I met when were in high school in Germany. He asked me out. I turned him down. I actually did a post on this last Sept, so to read the rest of the story of How I Met My Honey just click on the link!

Sue of Living My Dream tagged me for "8 Things About Me & My Hubby" and since I'm talking about my hubby I figured I would do this now!

1. I'm 9 months older
2. He's the spender, I'm the saver
3. We both come from military families
4. We didn't take a honeymoon, but for our 1 yr anniversary we took a cruise - first time for both of us
5. We're both the first-born
6. We both would like to visit Australia some day (I just wish the flight over there wasn't so long!)
7. He falls asleep within minutes, I toss and turn (good thing he's a hard sleeper!)
8. We're both left-handed

She also awarded me with the Blogger Reflection Award...thank you so much for your kind words Sue! I was very touched by what you said!

Hey that's cool you're left handed. My husband and two oldest are too and it sure looks like W.W. will be a lefty also. Makes the odd ball out but that's ok. :)

It's a small world...I'm left handed too! I'm 15 months older than hubby and we are both firstborn children also. Hey - you surely want to see New Zealand too, not just Oz?

Neither of us are left handed, that's pretty cool that you guys both are. But, Pat falls asleep right away too and I toss and turn all night!

The BG and I are both lefties too!

Both first borns...hmmmm....

You both seem so cool and calm, not the typical Type A oldests?

Oh, I love this list! I think it's so cool that you're left-handed, but it also makes it sound like you are different too!! Differences are great, I think!
You two sound like a great couple!!!
Hope you're doing well!! sorry I haven't been around lately; just busy!!!

My hubby is left handed, so he keeps an eye peeled for the handedness of our kids. So far, he's one for three.

I forgot Joe is a lefty, too. Shannon and Nate are both lefties. I think I already told you that, though... I like this story. I doesn't even get old. Haha!

My hubby writes left-handed, but is ambidextrous for everything else. We're both the babies of our families. :)

I'm lefty too!! :) I hardly know any people who are. You have to let me know if you ever make it down under!! :)

What a cute post! :) My youngest child was right-handed until I foolishly left out a hot curling iron and he grabbed it with both hands! :( The left hand healed first, so he started using his left hand, and just stayed with it! :)
