Favorite Ingredient Friday



Broiled Turkey Cutlets Cordon Bleu

1. 1 package Butterball Fresh Boneless Turkey Breast Cutlets
2. 2 Tbsp butter, melted
3. 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4. 6-7 slices deli ham, shaved (or however many cutlets are in a package)
5. 6-7 slices Swiss cheese

Preheat broiler. Spray unheated rack of broiler pan with cooking spray. Place turkey cutlets on rack. Brush with half of melted butter. Broil 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes. Turn cutlets; brush with remaining butter. Broil 4 minutes, or until no longer pink. brush tops of cutlets with Dijon mustard. Top each cutlet with 1 slice shaved ham. Broil 30 seconds or until ham is warm. Top each cutlet with cheese slice. Broil for 30 seconds more or until cheese melts.
