Favorite Ingredient Friday - Breakfast Edition

This week's theme is all about the breakfast foods. I'm looking forward to gathering a lot of great recipes. As I've mentioned before, Joe cooks up a nice, big, delicious breakfast on Sunday mornings...I'm saving these recipes for you honey! :)

Fruity Yogurt Pancakes courtesy of Betty Crocker

1. 2 C Bisquick
2. 1/2 C milk
3. 1 Tbsp sugar
4. 2 eggs
5. 1 container (6 oz) yogurt, any fruit flavor
fresh fruit and additional yogurt, if desired

1. Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, eggs and 1 container yogurt until blended (batter will be thick).

2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Spread batter slightly.

3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve topped with fruit and additional yogurt.
