Favorite Ingredient Friday
Here is another fondue recipe. I haven't tried this yet, but came across it today and it sounds too good to pass up!
CRANBERRY RASPBERRY FONDUE
1. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
2. 1/4 cup water
3. 1 16-ounce can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
4. 1/2 cup raspberry liqueur
DIRECTIONS: Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Set aside. Melt cranberry sauce in a medium saucepan, whisking frequently. Add liqueur to saucepan. When mixture begins to boil, add the cornstarch mixture, whisking until sauce thickens. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm with a low flame. Serve fondue with assorted foods, cut into bite-size pieces. Makes two cups.

I need to get a small crock pot so I can make all these fondu and dip recipes you post.
This sounds yummy! I'll have to check the raspberry liquor, but it sounds like something that would be safe for my sons food allergies too. Thanks for the recipe and for Freebie Friday. I signed up for my free tea:)

Ooooooo, this sounds yummy! Thanks!
So, would this fondue work mainly for dessert type foods? It sounds delicious! I have a fondue set that I haven't drug out for a while. We've been invited to a New Year's Eve party, I think I'll make this and bring it along.
Thanks for taking the time to participate in my Favorite Ingredients Friday recipe exchange. I do appreciate it!
