Favorite Ingredient Friday

Banana Caramel Spice Pie (I know, just what you need - another dessert right? But this is really, really, good!)

1. 1 large, ripe banana, sliced
2. Ready pie crust (shortbread) 6 oz
3. 2 C milk
4. 2 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-O White Chocolate or Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6. 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
caramel dessert topping

Place banana slices in bottom of crust.
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 1 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hrs until set. Serve with caramel topping.
