are as socks of course!
When these came out of storage and Kayla saw them she kept calling them "socks!" and then proceeded to put them on her feet. She thought it was so funny, funny enough that she insisted mommy put them on (here mommy, here! Socks on!) Then she laughed at me wearing them too.
The things she comes up with just make me shake my head and smile. Her innocence, imagination, creativity - just watching her little mind in motion brings us some new revelation each day. I love seeing her face full of wonder and joy at each new thing she discovers and figures out.
Life with my child is definitely not boring!

Oh how we love that little girl!!
She is just adorable and has great taste...
Sweet little girls do bring such joy - don't they? I think she is very clever. And just wait until she sees what those big socks really do on Christmas morning. I'm sure there will be huge smiles then!! You are so wise to treasure these moments. They are so swiftly gone.
That little girl is growing up to be such a big girl. Thanks so much for sharing the stockings. I don't blame her those look very warm.
Hugs from Debra and Hope

I agree. Life with kids is never boring. Take what my 3-year old asked recently:
"Daddy," my 3-year old asked. "Are Christmas trees beautiful?"
"Yes," I said. "They are."
Silence. Then--
"So why do we have to decorate them?"
