Five Ingredient Friday

Cream Cheese Clouds

1 can (16.3 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cut into 12 cubes
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Separate dough into 12 biscuits; press or roll each to 1/4-inch thickness.

MIX sugar and cinnamon in shallow dish. Dip cream cheese cubes in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar. Place 1 cheese cube in center of each dough circle; gather up sides of dough to enclose filling. Press edges of dough together to seal. Place, seam sides up, in lightly greased muffin pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter; sprinkle with any remaining cinnamon sugar.

BAKE 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Okay, I may have to make these tomorrow for breakfast as well! Thanks for sharing Michelle.

Maybe next week I'll share my monkey bread recipe...except I'm not sure it's only 5 ingredients. :)

I just posted this on the other blog but thought you might like it too:

If I only didn't just join weight watchers. How about another low fat one for you: Chicken breast(boneless, skinless) Browns Gravy mix, snow peas, a dash of wishershire (how do you spell that?)chopped onion.

in frying pan cook chicken breast, follow the browns gracy mix directions and add to the chicken, add snow peas and chopped onion. splash in wishershire (still don't know how to spell it) sauce to taste. and salt and pepper if you like. Serve over wild or white rice. It's healthy and oh so very good. Prep time about 10 minutes, cook time about 25. Easy with olly one pan to wash when your done!
