Prep Time: 30 min ; Start to Finish: 30 min Makes: 4 turnovers

Flaky crescent dough holds a savory, hearty beef and potato filling in a dish ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup frozen potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers (from 24-oz bag)
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz)
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Directions
1 . Heat oven to 375°F. In medium skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, potatoes and cheese.

2 . Separate dough into 4 rectangles on ungreased large cookie sheet. Press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture onto 1 side of each rectangle. Fold dough over filling; press edges to seal.

3 . Bake 13 to 19 minutes or until turnovers are golden brown.

Glad I could help out with the weekly menu planning!

I signed up for a newsletter from Pillsbury at https://www.pillsbury.com/login.aspx?redirectpath=%2fmyaccount.aspx

and this week they had that recipe and I thought to myself this is going on Five Ingredient Friday! I'm hoping to make it next week too - need to pick up the crescent rolls!

Looks good and easy. Although I don't have it in the budget for the cresent rolls I will try it with my biscuts. I'll let you know if it works.

Kelli - I think you should be able to make it work somehow with the biscuits -hope it comes out ok!

Beck - I enjoy getting the Pillsbury newsletter (and the one from Kraft Food & Family!) lots of quick, simple recipes in them!

Miranda - I hope Shaylee enjoys it - I'm hoping it's something Kayla would enjoy too!

So if anyone does make these this week I hope you come back and let me know how they turn out! :)
