Here are some more pictures from our fun experience at ICE! at the Gaylord National.
They give you long parkas to wear because the tent is kept at a very cold 9 degrees! For the most part I wasn't cold with my hat and parka...but my gloves didn't do anything for my fingers; they were so cold!
It was amazing to see all the different sculptures made out of ice:
The room with the ice slides:
Lucas looked so funny in the long parka...and then he actually got stuck on the ice slide! Guess they weren't as fast as we thought. He was just lying there in the middle not moving. He looked like a penguin to me! Finally he started moving his arms and wiggling a little bit and got himself moving.
He loved it just as much as Kayla did:
He didn't quite know what to do at the end until someone went over to help him up:
The nativity scene was beautiful:
Despite the cold we all had a great time and I'm glad we decided to go!
