I get all kinds of spam on the contact email on my blog...It is annoying because do these trolls really think I'm dumb enough to get caught in their scams or buy anything from them...The upside, Michelle, is that you've been such a great friend to many of us. Trolls just don't matter. YOU do!♥
I've had funk like that left for me, too. The combo of drugs is kind of weird. Fertility and antibiotics? Hmmm. I've wondered the same thing. The few times it happens, I just go ahead and delete, but since it seems to be happening on a regular basis for you, I don't blame you for putting a general announcement out there.
I'm not sure, but you might be able to change your settings so that computer-generated trolling isn't as easy. It might be the setting where people have to type the annoying word that's all squiggly and hard to read as confirmation (or some such nonsense.) I might be totally wrong though, Michelle...but I hope it works!
Ugh! I get TONS of those! It is driving me crazy too! One of the posts on my adoption blog got hit EVERY day with japanese porn. It was crazy. I finally just decided to delete that post. It was from July and wasn't ALL that important. Once the post was gone, the comment hasn't come back. SO frustrating though! I get the medicine ones on our family blog and just delete the comments asap, but GRR.

I'm getting these at least once a day now too. I think I'll either shut off comments for a while or do the word verification thing for a while. Hopefully, that might cure it. It's so annoying!
I switched from Blogger to Wordpress and installed a plug in to stop those stupid comments. I hate them, too.

Michelle you would not believe the disgusting stuff that we keep deleting on Feathered Kingdom. I don't understand why people feel it's necessary to post such crap.
I knew that every msg board has it happen to them but I didn't realize it happened to Blogs too.
I, too, am sorry! I have had a few of those pop up!! geez. . .
I get about 100 a day at The Opinionated Parent - they pretty much all get caught in my spam filter. Word verification doesn't work because they're real people hired to leave those comments in some obscure eastern European country. Your two best defenses are a good spam filter (wordpress lets almost nothing through but I don't know much about blogger) and closing comments after 2 weeks. They love to target old posts that people leave open.
I get those, too. HATE THEM.
Yup - not just you, I get them too. Thankfully, they just sit in moderation until I get around to deleting them, but it's still annoying.
This is why I don't have the anon option on my blog! Fortunately, my blog is pretty unknown so I've only gotten a couple of spam posts and not for anything objectionable.
What I do not understand is what they get out of it. We all delete it.
Haha I just blogged about this on my blog too! I get these crazy Cialis comments on this ONE post. But then I get these same comments you are talking about on my photography blog all the time...soo annoying! Ok, this is scary that we just both blogged about this ... eery, same wave length!!
