Another recent review opportunity I had from Mom Central is Kellogg's new Cinnabon Snack Bars.
I love the smell of a Cinnabon shop when I'm walking through a mall, so I was interested in trying out the new snack bars.
The first bar my mom tried was a bit crumbly and kept falling apart in her hands, but I think it must have just been that bar because the few I've had since then stayed together a lot better.
You can eat them straight out of the box, but they do taste better warmed up for a few seconds in the microwave. The instructions say to warm them up on high for 3 seconds, but that didn't really get warm, it was more like 9-10 seconds...but that could just be my microwave.
I don't think any snack bar can replicate the genuine taste of an ooey-gooey, warm, frosting-dripping, Cinnabon fresh from the oven, but these snack bars were pretty good when I had a sweet-tooth craving (although a little too sweet for my mom's liking); and they taste great with a glass of milk.
You can print a $1.00 off coupon if you'd like to try the Cinnabon Snack Bars.
