I did read somewhere that some people are just predisposed to get cavities, so that made me feel a little better that it wasn't because of something I was, or wasn't, doing.
Even so, I'm always on the lookout for products that will help prevent cavities. Thanks to Mom Central I recently was able to review Listerine Total Care Anticavity Mouthwash.
What caught my eye about this new product is it has 6 benefits in 1: helps prevent cavities (yay!), restores enamel (I need this too!), strengthens teeth, kills bad breath germs, freshens breath, and fights plaque.
What I really like about this product is the flavor -Fresh Mint - it doesn't leave a stinging taste in your mouth while you're swishing it around :) Very pleasant flavor! So we'll see in 6 months if I get a good report at the dentist.

Me too! I keep getting the same thing from my dentist - at elast one for the last several years(??) - ggrrr. Thanks for your post. I will try the product for sure!

I never had problems with getting cavities until about 5 yrs ago. I do have that product but i also use act restorer. I hate going to the dentist. I think it's all the teeth pulling i had when i was younger since my teeth were never loose.
