Free Starbucks for Teachers

Free Starbucks for Teachers!

As schools get back into session, Starbucks is helping to kick-off the school year for teachers in our communities. Beginning Monday, September 8, teachers of grades K-12 are invited to their local Starbucks coffee house for a complimentary tall size (12 fl. oz.) cup of Pike Place Roast™ every Monday throughout the month of September.
Educators play an invaluable role in shaping the future of our communities. It is our way of recognizing their contributions by offering teachers a special way to kick-start their first weeks back at school.
In order to receive their complimentary cup of Pike Place Roast™, teachers are asked to provide proof-of-current teacher status – such as a teachers’ federation card or school district badge. The “Great Start for Great Teachers” special offer ends after Monday, September 28.

Michelle - I have been reading your blog and just wanted to let you know that you are such an encouragement for me. First of all, Kayla is ADORABLE! And second, your posts always make me smile and I love your grains of gratitude. I often need a reminder to see all that God is doing in my life. So thanks for sharing! And how sweet to post things like that for teachers....I wish I were a teacher...free coffee!

It is sad that they don't recongize homeschooling parents. I contacted the company and received that sad, sad news.
I am kinda lucky, though, hubby is a teacher so he can grab me a cup on the way home!

Now if they recycled their cups I'd be tempted to go, it's been years - maybe 4 years since I last walked in one!

How nice! So, I'm wondering if they'll ever do the same thing for mommas. LOL!

Have not been on in a bit. Sending hugs from all of us!
