Another Day, Another IRL

We had such a busy day meeting more blogger friends!

First up: this morning we went to the AZ Museum of Natural History to meet Michelle and her two boys - Ryan and Matthew. Matthew is a year older than Kayla and those 2 sure kept us on our toes! Michelle and I hardly had any time to really sit and talk because we were so busy chasing after the kids :) I kept asking her questions, and then would run off in the middle of her answer because Kayla decided she was done with the exhibit we were at LOL We had a fun time with them at the museum though!

Matthew and Kayla checking out the bones:

Joe and Kayla panning for gold:

Kayla and Matthew panning for gold - and they both had matching wet clothes when they were finished!

Kayla tired of me taking pictures!

Instant friends!

Michelle and me with our kiddos (I can't believe I didn't get a pic of her son Ryan!) Thanks for meeting us at the museum Michelle!

Next up: Later that evening we met Sandra and her family at a mall! It was so nice to hang out with them. Jasmine, Nicholas and Kayla had fun in the kids' play area running all around - they got along like they've known each other for years :) Nicholas was so cute telling us so many stories and Jasmine was a big help keeping an eye on Kayla.

Sandra getting a baby fix with my chubby boy: (He was 15 lbs at his 4 month check up last Tues).

The kids actually pausing for a moment to indulge me in taking a picture:

Our hubbies being kind enough to take the group photos:

So glad we were able to meet you guys Sandra!

We're heading home tomorrow; hopefully in time to maybe catch some fireworks - if we're not tired enough for them that is!

That's awesome that you got to meet some other bloggers! I WISH we could have gotten together earlier this spring.

I'm always amazed at how good Kayla is socially. She's so grown up!

Great pics. It looks like everyone had fun. What a great opportunity to meet up like that. I remeber panning for gold when I was younger - I hope Kayla had more luck than I ever did!

Wow! Looks like a good time was had by all. Panning for gold is just plain fun. :) I did it when I was a kid in Georgia years and years ago.

Although I have to admit, I haven't had a play date with you guys yet and we live in the same state. hehehehehe...ok I couldn't resist that comment. ;)

There are still butterflies to see you know...

Have you had a chance to breathe yet?! You guys are busy, busy! But what fun :)

Man, I miss Boston. I love that city. Have a great time, and enjoy the East coast!

Love the picture of Kayla with her - SO over the photo shot - look! Eve hasn't stopped asking when she is going to get to play with Kayla again!
