Favorite Ingredient Friday

Sesame Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:
1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2. 1/4 C + 2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
3. 1/4 C soy sauce
4. 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
5. 3 Tbsp veg or olive oil
6. 2 Tbsp sesame oil

Directions:
1. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and arrange in shallow baking dish (you can skewer them now to make it easier).
2. Combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Reserve a little to baste with. Pour the rest over chicken. Cover and marinate abt 3 hrs.
3. Grill and baste frequently with reserved marinade.

Joe made these a couple weeks ago and they were delicious!

This sounds delicious. I will have to try them. It must be nice to have a hubby that cooks. I think because I always have, it's gotten to the point where he would be intimidated to try. That's kind of sad.
