7 month old Gabi has earned her angel wings. My heart is breaking for this family and I have no words to express what I'm feeling right now. Please take a moment to read her story and leave a message of prayer for her family.

I'm crying puddles here. But thank you for sharing. I'm praying for them. And I'm praying for you. I know how sad you must feel, and with your baby on the way and everything going on in your life! I'm sure you're crying puddles there too.
Hugs.
I have just read all of Gabis blog....Im am in tears. Words are never enough...I pray for these people to find comfort and peace....how very very sad.

I haven't read her story yet - will do that at home where I'll have some quiet. But it is heartbreaking. I have a friend who's nephew had TS21 and he died at 13 months. It was the absolute worst viewing I've ever had to go to.
Thank you for sharing. I will head over there this afternoon.
I went to their blog and what a precious beautiful little angel. I can only imagine what they are going through. I will pray for them and that God would really wrap His arms around them right now!
This is sooo sad. I will go and pray for them and will leave a message!
I'm so sorry for the family and for your pain as well.
So very sad!
SO very sad...my heart breaks for the family.
How very sad. I'm offering up prayers for this family.
One of my husband's co-workers who a few years ago I became friends with, lost a baby to who many severe health issues, as well as Downs Syndrome. We went to the memorial service- about two years ago now...and our hearts just broke for them.
I'll be praying for this family, Michelle! Thank goodness Jesus is there to welcome little ones unto Himself!
