Favorite Ingredient Friday - Appetizers & Snacks
Today's Favorite Ingredient Friday is the Appetizers & Snacks Edition.
I found this recipe for Zucchini Appetizers on Betty Crocker
Don't they look good?
I know it seems like a lot of ingredients, but there are quite a few spices, and the preparation is so easy - just combine everything!
Ingredients:
1. 3 cups thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini (4 small)
2. 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
3. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
8. 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or oregano leaves
9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
10. 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
11. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
12. 4 eggs, slightly beaten
1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
2. Stir together all ingredients. Spread in pan.
3. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half into triangles.
