Kayla loved the Discovery Room they had for kids. She especially liked playing inside the tee pee. She held this up and said, "chicken!"
They had all different "stations" throughout this room that kids could explore.
Back at Andrew's house for the BBQ Becky had for everyone.
I'm sure I don't have to tell you all how hard it was to get one group shot with everyone looking the same direction and smiling at the same time! Didn't happen...but this is the group we met from the Trisomy 21 message board.
On our night stay in Columbus Kayla fell out of the queen-size bed at 330 that morning. Last time she fell out of bed was well over a year ago; not sure why she fell out as she had all that room in the bed! She ended up with a scrape underneath her eye (rug burn maybe?) This was the next morning as we were leaving...it actually doesn't look to bad here, but it got worse the next day when it started to scab over.

I'm so glad you posted pictures! And I am way jealous that you got to meet so many online friends. Your vacation sounds wonderful (aside from the owie eye). Hope it continues and you can NEVER post too many pics!
Wonderful pictures! Kayla's poor eye, Landen had a fall like that at daycare (obviously not off of a bed lol) but he got scraped up prtty good, also he took a nose dive off of my sisters cement stairs outside and landed on his face.
I love her expression in the picture where you gus are spraying your sister with that silly string (?)

Thank you Joe for buying a card reader so we could get our Kayla fix!! It took awhile to download but it was so worth it ;o) Sounds like things are going very well and how nice you are meeting so many new friends!
