Slow Cooker Thursday



Sunday Chicken

7 lbs chicken, cut up
paprika, salt, and pepper
2 (10-ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 cup white wine or chicken broth

Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine soup and wine (or broth). Place half of chicken in slow cooker and pour half of soup mixture over chicken. Repeat layers. Cook on low for 6 hrs, or high for 5 hrs. Makes 12 servings.

This sounds wonderful! I have to try this tomorrow. Right now I am using my oven for baking glassware, so I think my crockpot would be just the ticket!
