Favorite Ingredient Friday

Here's a great recipe to use up some eggs.

Easy Herb Frittata

1. 8 eggs
2. 2 Tbsp. water
3. 4 oz. OSCAR MAYER Shaved Smoked Ham, chopped
4. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
5. 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 2 Tbsp. of the cilantro.
POUR into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
BAKE 30 min. or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
