Favorite Ingredient Friday

Saucy Baked Chops

1. 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (1 lb.) (I used boneless and it came out just fine.)
2. 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3. 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
4. 1 tsp. ground ginger
5. 1 tsp. garlic powder

PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Place chops in 8-inch square baking dish.
COMBINE sauce, marmalade, ginger and garlic powder; spoon evenly over chops.
BAKE 45 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

Those sound SO good! I have to pass this on to my mom too..she makes pork chops once a week and she'd love this recipe.

About the books..that sounds fantastic! I would be so grateful. Just let me know if you would rather post the book list on my blog or through an email. I'd be happy to pay for shipping or to trade books/another item, whatever you want! =)
