Favorite Ingredient Friday
Saucy Baked Chops
1. 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (1 lb.) (I used boneless and it came out just fine.)
2. 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3. 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
4. 1 tsp. ground ginger
5. 1 tsp. garlic powder
PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Place chops in 8-inch square baking dish.
COMBINE sauce, marmalade, ginger and garlic powder; spoon evenly over chops.
BAKE 45 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

ohhh that sounds really good! and easy... I keeping trying pork recipes,,,but dear hubby doesn't like dry pork chops....but this one sounds saucy!!!!
Thanks for stopping by mine! You will enjoy this beef stew recipe...I used to cut up the meat but don't anymore, because it just falls apart when cooking. I don't make any other beef stew recipe but this one now! ENJOY!

Mmmmm Mmmmm Mmmmmm those look mighty good!! I have some boneless pork chops in the freezer so I think I'll cook them this way!!! Will need to buy marmalade first though! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe Mihelle:-) xox
