Favorite Ingredient Friday

Baked Triple Veggie Dip

This is a good dip to make for the football playoffs and Superbowl:

1. 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
2. 1 can (1 lb. 3 oz.) asparagus spears, drained, chopped
3. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
4. 1 can (8-1/2 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
5. 1 container (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
6. 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Reserve 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese; set aside. Mix remaining 1-1/4 cups Parmesan cheese and all remaining ingredients until blended.

SPOON into 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

BAKE 35 min. or until lightly browned. Serve hot with WHEAT THINS Snack Crackers or assorted cut-up vegetables.

Substitute Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread and KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise.

This is so much like our favorite dip at Mimi's Cafe! It looks delicious and I have already copied it to Wordpad. Thanks! :)

YUMM-MMEEE! This sounds really good. I'm saving this recipe and making it this winter. Either for older sons birthday or Superbowl (which was one and the same last year). Thanks:)

This sounds great. I get tired of the same old cheese dip at parties and get togethers. I will have to give this a try.

Oh that sounds so yummy, I'm going to have to try this for the Superbowl, although my hubby normally has me make a sausage cream cheese type of dip, so the thought of veggies in it might not be as appealing to him. :)

This sounds yummy! And maybe this recipe will be a way to trick Snuggle Bug into eating some veggies, since he likes dips. :)

Thanks for sharing, Michelle, and participating in my FAF recipe exchange! :)
