15-Minute Mexican Chicken & Rice Wraps
1. 1 lb chicken breasts; cut into strips
2. 1 C salsa
3. 1 package Taco seasoning mix
4. 2 C water
5. 2 C Minute rice
Flour torttillas and shredded cheddar cheese
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in skillet. Add chicken breast strips and cook until lightly browned.
Add water, salsa and taco seasoning mix; stir. Heat to a boil.
Stir in rice, uncooked; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through. Spoon chicken mixture onto 8-12 flour tortillas (6-8 inch); top with shredded cheddar cheese.
