For the US: You can get samples of products at Walmart. They usually have about 6 samples up and it changes often. You click on the product and then to the right there is a little box where it says "free sample." I've always recieved samples that I've ordered through here.
For Canadians: Popcorn from Blockbuster Join Blockbuster Buzz (free to join). You get a coupon (through email) to take to your local Blockbuster for a free bag of popcorn. (On the site use the remote control to click fwd to go to the next screen)

Oh, and how often are these products updated?
You really should get these OW! I've gotten all the Walmart ones I've signed up for (I've received the H&S shampoo and that John Frieda sample they had) Today I ordered the facial wipes, by Biore I think?
I'm not sure how often they update. I just check a few times a month when I remember :)
