Five Ingredient Friday

Teriyaki Honey Mustard Chicken

1/2 C Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
16 boneless, skinless Chicken Tenderloins, frozen (Tyson and Tastybird make these in the bag - they are individually frozen and you can cook/bake/grill them frozen - no thawing needed!)

1. Mix mustard and teriyaki sauce. Reserve 1/3 C mustard mixture.
2. Rinse frozen chicken and pat dry; add to remaining mustard mixture, turning to coat well. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Remove chicken, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken for 10 to 12 minutes or until done, turning once and basting freqently with reserved mustard mixture.

this receipe looks really good and easy to make and something that is quick to bake or whatever.. with kelly doing cross country and me working and kelly's friend staying with us for the whole school year, it will make plenty and be good to grab out of the fridge when needed.. love mom

Sounds yummy...now if I can get Aviva to eat them. Will try them next week and throw into a salad.

Thanks for participating in my Five Ingredient Friday recipe exchange.

I'll have to make this for Snuggle Bug. He loves chicken. :)

I buy chicken tenders in huge bags at Sam's and I'm always trying to find new ways to use them. This is about as easy as it gets so thank you, thank you!

I always am looking for new chicken recipes, this one sounds good. I have never heard of the frozen chicken that dosn't have to thawed. I'll look for it the next time I go to the Grocery Store. That would be a big time saver!
