If anyone made the Cream Cheese Clouds from last week let me know how they turned out please - I keep forgetting to make them!
This week's recipe is:
Honey Mustard Kielbasa and Potatoes
3/4 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Honey Mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 medium potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 large onion, sliced (optional!)
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix wine, mustard and brown sugar until well blended.
MIX kielbasa, potatoes and onion in roasting pan. Drizzle with wine mixture; toss to coat.
BAKE 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
I've made this before and it tastes great!

That's how I felt when I first came across this - I always just make it the same way! But this gives it more flavor and the potatoes are nice with it too.
