Five Ingredient Friday

If anyone made the Cream Cheese Clouds from last week let me know how they turned out please - I keep forgetting to make them!

This week's recipe is:

Honey Mustard Kielbasa and Potatoes

3/4 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Honey Mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 medium potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 large onion, sliced (optional!)

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix wine, mustard and brown sugar until well blended.

MIX kielbasa, potatoes and onion in roasting pan. Drizzle with wine mixture; toss to coat.
BAKE 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

I've made this before and it tastes great!

This looks yummy! Oronzo would probably like this so it's being added to my list.

I didn't get a chance to try the cream cheese clouds yet but I'll let you know how they turn out when I do!

That's how I felt when I first came across this - I always just make it the same way! But this gives it more flavor and the potatoes are nice with it too.

That sounds like an easy summer supper, I'll have to try it.

I did make the cream cheese clouds and they were amazing!!!!! I was talking to a friend as i was making them and she said "you beter save one for me" everyone loved them, I gave one to Shaylee and she was a cream cheese mess!! I made them for breakfast.

I posted my recipe a little late, it's called "Skip & Go Naked" it's a frozen summer drink.
