Five Ingredient Friday

Crispy BBQ Pork Chop Dinner
1/4 C BBQ Sauce
1/2 C Shake-n-Bake (I imagine bread crumbs would work just as well)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 bone in chops (I've used boneless before)

Preheat oven to 375. Mix BBQ Sauce and soy sauce. Spread evenly onto both sides of chops. Place shake-n-bake mix in a shallow dish. Coat both sides of chops with the mix.

Bake 30 minutes or until chops are cooked through.

I made these before and they came out moist and tender.

(Has anyone made the baked french toast from a couple of weeks ago?)

This sounds yummy. I wonder if it would work with chicken? I just did a 5Friday, since all the razzing from OW, last Friday. :)

Sounds good! I am always looking for good recipes for pork, it's so cheap and Shaylee loves it. I made the french toast last weekend and i added milk instead of apple juice and it turned out really good. I have posted my Five ingredient recipe for Honey Mustard grilled chicken.

Jess - I imagine it would probaby work with chicken too...haven't tried that yet, but I think I will! Off to check out your recipe now :)

Miranda - I posted on your blog before I knew you posted over here :) Glad to hear the french toast worked out for you substituting milk for the juice!
