Five Ingredient Friday

Since this is the season for BBQing I thought this would be a good one to post. I just found it in last Sunday's coupon inserts.

Owens Backyard Burgers
1 lb Owens Regular Roll Sausage
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 tsp ground pepper

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Form into 8 patties. Over medicum heat on grill, cook burgers on each side until done, about 10-15 minutes.

Head over to Overwhelmed's blog for more participants of Five Ingredient Friday.

Tammy - you could probably substitute ground turkey for the ground beef!

This recipe sounds yummy! A good variation of the plain old burger. I've posted mine, it was a day late but it's really yummy if you like sweet onions.
