A little humor

This will probably be one of those "you had to be there" stories but hopefully it's still funny enough to warrant a post!

Just another example of how much Kayla is into that "copy cat" stage that 2 year olds go through.

When we were in the hotel room I was getting my deodorant out of the luggage. Of course Kayla wanted to see what I was up to and wanted to start pulling everything out. So I handed her the toothpaste tube - figured there would be no harm in that.

I then proceeded to put the deodorant on. Kayla was watching me intently. The next thing I knew she was trying to lift her shirt up and put the tube of toothpaste under her shirt as she saw me doing. It wasn't working too well that way so she started putting it in her shirt from the top. It really was a funny sight to see! Had Joe & me laughing...

...one of those moments where I wish I had a video camera!

LOL!! Emma Sage puts on her 'deoderant' everday with me....and this 'copycat' stage lasts a long time with T21,,,,,and one of the main reasons I believe our children need to be fully emmersed with typically developing peers because they learn so much from watching others.

You are too funny Miss Kayla!!!

I just showed Rhi and Nate the newer pics and told them about the minty pits... They thought it was so cute too. They ran and got toothpaste for their pits too! Crazy kids!
