Favorite Ingredient Friday

Creamy Chicken Dijon (My friend Michelle sent this to me. I haven't tried it yet, but she says it's good and it sounds yummy!)
2 teaspoons mustard(any flavor)
2tsp. low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of fat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 ounces boneless/skinless chicken breast
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice; mix well. Brush 1/2 of the mustard sauce on chicken and place in a shallow baking pan lightly coated with non-sticking cooking spray. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve chicken topped with the remaining mustard sauce.

  7. We love Dijon Chicken and get it often when we go to Cheddars Restaurant. The only difference I can see is theirs has mushrooms in it! It's so exciting to get a recipe that comes so close to theirs! :)
