Slow Cooker Thursday



Broccoli Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
20 ounces frozen broccoli spears -- thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup minced green onion
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 cup cubed potatoes

Directions:
In large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, 1 c of the grated cheese and the minced onion. Pour into lightly greased slow cooker. Add potatoes. Stir gently.
Sprinkle top with crushed crackers, then top with remaining cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
