
Saucy Baked Chops

1. 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (1 lb.) (I used boneless and it came out just fine.)
2. 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3. 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
4. 1 tsp. ground ginger
5. 1 tsp. garlic powder
PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Place chops in 8-inch square baking dish.
COMBINE sauce, marmalade, ginger and garlic powder; spoon evenly over chops.
BAKE 45 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

ohhh that sounds really good! and easy... I keeping trying pork recipes,,,but dear hubby doesn't like dry pork chops....but this one sounds saucy!!!!

Mmmmm Mmmmm Mmmmmm those look mighty good!! I have some boneless pork chops in the freezer so I think I'll cook them this way!!! Will need to buy marmalade first though! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe Mihelle:-) xox
